Sarah Murphy, cOACH & fACILITATOR
Sarah is a coach and trainer with expertise in finding life purpose, well-being, emotional literacy, and, navigation (more about that later); all connected and blended beautifully through finding direction and meaning in life.
An early career in the Army in a leadership and mentoring role gave her a strong desire to serve others. Post-service, Sarah trialed a variety of roles and built up a wealth of skills, all of which were a necessary part of her learning trail, taking her through invaluable experiences that shaped who she is today, and providing her with the aptitude and understanding that absolutely underpin the journey she guides her clients through.
However, although busy, the years in between leaving the Army and becoming a coach were not always plain sailing: Sarah faced deep, soul-searching periods where she delved into many books, enrolled on an abundance of courses, and attended numerous webinars and conferences, absorbing all she could in areas that piqued her interest. Sarah’s move into coaching came about from talking to others, and knowing that her soul-searching experiences were not uncommon. She has now made it her mission to guide, support, coach and empower folks who have lost their love of life to (re)discover themselves and (re)ignite their meaning in life.
Getting out in nature has been a major factor element for Sarah in both her professional and personal life. Sarah felt restored and her soul lifted being out in the hills and the elements, and uses her expertise in navigation to teach others safer conduct on the hills and fells. If you work with Sarah on a face-to-face basis, don’t be surprised if you head off into the hills whilst you talk!
